Can I use the Excel guest list I already have?

Can the team search for Chinese names?
Yes. Porta Frontline provides intelligent, multilingual search by name, company or group, including Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
Do all guests need a QR code?
No. Porta Essential supports personal, name-based check-in. Porta Complete adds QR scanning, with name search available when guests do not have their code ready.
Can we use more than one iPad?
Yes. Porta supports an unlimited number of iPads for the same event. We can recommend equipment for your guest flow, entrances and team.
What happens with walk-ins or last-minute changes?
